Job Description 

Award winning, locally owned and operated brewing company is looking for talented Restaurant Chef to help lead one of their small neighborhood restaurants with a strong focus on creative, local fare. Help lead dynamic team of engaged team members in overall operations of a 70 seat, casual dining restaurant and kitchen. Beautiful scratch made Northwest-inspired cuisine with strong local and visitor guest following. Outstanding, creative fun environment where you will be responsible for developing daily specials as well as new menu items. Must be able to manage a small team and have familiarity with food costing, inventory, etc. A Sous Chef looking for the next opportunity or a newer Chef looking for a new challenge would be the ideal fit!

Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 2-3 years Sous Chef / Chef / KM experience
  • Formal culinary training / or culinary degree preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong kitchen organizational skills / ability to set and uphold standards
  • Ability to create innovative local fare, yet also follow established specs when needed
  • Able to cook casual, yet sophisticated food in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for developing and mentoring a team
  • Track record of achieving financial results

Salary Range & Benefits

  • Salary – $50k – $65k (starting, based on experience level)

Job Description 

We’ve received another exciting new search for the Seattle market! Our client, a local, privately-owned and operated company is searching for a top caliber, experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead their high-volume dining location that showcases casual, yet upscale Italian cuisine using only the finest local ingredients for their innovative high-quality food and beverage programs.

The General Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations and profitability of the entire restaurant.  This includes the training and development of both front and back of house management staff, scheduling, as well as meeting or exceeding budgeted sales and cost goals. In addition, the General Manager ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training of staff and a commitment to a do whatever it takes attitude.

Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 2 years of high volume, casual theme or above restaurant General Manager experience
  • Proven ability to lead a staff of 30 plus team members
  • Good working understanding of industry financials (building sales, product costs, labor management, etc.)
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Strong guest-oriented philosophy
  • Passion for developing and mentoring a team

Salary Range & Benefits

  • $65,000 – $75,000/yr. based on experience

We are looking for an experienced, energetic event professional to book and facilitate events in the private space that accommodates 40 to 250 guests, with the ability to host multiple events simultaneously…..weddings, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, business meetings and other personal and business events. The right individual is an engaging communicator who enjoys meeting new guests and leading an event team to plan and deliver magical experiences.

Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 3 years’ plus experience working as Event Coordinator in the upscale catering segment, with hands on sales and event management experience including knowledge of venue booking procedures.
