Job Description 

Guest focused, team oriented, results driven! Locally (Seattle) owned and operated emerging restaurant concept, slated for tremendous growth in the coming 3 years is seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager candidate to lead this growth in its neighborhood gathering places. Expansion plans call for 20 restaurants by the end of 2016!

Our restaurants’ design and menu were built to reflect an atmosphere for special hard-working people. It’s a place where friends and neighbors can gather to enjoy a really cold beer, unique beverages and some great food in a comfortable, fun, safe, and familiar environment.

Management team members are responsible for delivering financial, human resource, and operational results through:

Requirements Ideal candidate must have the following:

  • 2 years restaurant management experience
  • College degree preferred

  • Strong honesty, integrity and guest-oriented philosophy

Salary Range and Benefits

  • Starting salary range is: $50,000 -$58,000/yr. for Assistant General Manager
  • Medical and Dental Insurance Coverage
  • 14 days PTO per year
  • Generous Bonus Program distributed at every level of management

Job Description  We have an outstanding Restaurant Executive Chef position to fill based in the Spokane Washington market, offering excellent salary, benefits, and work environment.

We are searching for a bright and talented Restaurant Executive Chef with hands on experience in high-volume, top quality American steakhouse restaurant kitchen management. The ideal candidate must possess a track record and passion for delivering the utmost in food quality and service, mentoring and developing others, as well as achieving superior financial results.

This high volume (4+ million annual sales) establishment takes great pride in presenting a menu that has everything made fresh from scratch. The menu is classic steakhouse, with corn-fed Midwestern Angus and Hereford USDA prime beef as the center piece. The pursuit of perfection doesn’t end with steaks though. Every detail, from the fish to the lamb and pork chops receives focused attention to quality, flavor and freshness. The in-house bakery produces all breads and desserts from scratch

Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 3-5 years high volume, steakhouse restaurant BOH management experience
  • Able to cook/create high end food in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong kitchen organizational skills
  • Passion for developing and mentoring a team
  • Track record of achieving financial results
  • Strong honesty, integrity and guest-oriented philosophy
  • Personal and professional maturity is a key attribute

Salary Range & Benefits

  • Starting salary range is $55,000 – $70,000/yr. based on experience
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Generous bonus plan potential
  • Annual Performance Reviews w/salary review
  • PTO
