Job Description

This company promotes from within and is proactively seeking experienced Restaurant Managers willing to come on board at a Department Manager level and quickly earn transition into a General Manager position. Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a General Manager and/or 5-10 years as a Restaurant Manager in full-service dining environment required
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings
  • Energetic and productive in a fast-paced environment
  • Committed to guest service
  • Able to lead by example and effectively balance details, people, and service

 

Salary Range & Benefits

  •  $45,000 – $55,000/yr. based on experience
  • Typically a five-day workweek with two consecutive days off / 46-50 hour work week

A leading and growing local franchise of industry leading pizza company is looking for Restaurant General Manager candidates to oversee the day-to-day operations of south Seattle area locations. Ideal candidates must be adaptable, self-motivated, and passionate about excellent customer service and superior products. Prime responsibilities for General Managers, include hiring and training their team; creating a fun and professional work environment;  upholding brand standards and company policy; managing costs; ensuring  health and safety standards are upheld at all times;  building sales, customer base, and profitability; and motivating their team in the quest to be the best pizza company in the world.

We are searching for a driven and talented Chef with experience in high-volume restaurant and bar kitchen management. This high volume (1st year annual projected sales are $7 million!) establishment takes great pride in presenting a menu that has everything made fresh from scratch. The menu is filled with familiar pub fare including hearth-baked pretzels, blistered shishito peppers, hand-cut ahi nachos, braised brisket sandwiches, and burgers made with meat ground in house….plus 20 beers on draught and cocktails.

Management team members are responsible for delivering financial, human resource, and operational results through:
