Job Description  Guest focused, team oriented, results driven! Locally (Seattle) owned and operated emerging restaurant concept, slated for tremendous growth in the coming 3 years is seeking experienced Restaurant Manager candidates to lead this growth in its neighborhood gathering places. Expansion plans call for 20 restaurants by the end of 2016!

Our restaurants’ design and menu were built to reflect an atmosphere for special hard-working people. It’s a place where friends and neighbors can gather to enjoy a really cold beer, unique beverages and some great food in a comfortable, fun, safe, and familiar environment.

Management team members are responsible for delivering financial, human resource, and operational results through:

Requirements Ideal candidate must have the following:

  • 2 years restaurant management experience for Department Manager position
  • 2 years previous General Manager experience for General Manager position
  • College degree preferred
  • Passion for developing and mentoring a team
  • Track record of achieving financial results
  • Strong honesty, integrity and guest-oriented philosophy

Salary Range and Benefits

  • Starting salary range is:
    • $52,000 – $70,000/yr. for General Manager
    • $50,000 -$58,000/yr. for Assistant General Manager
    • $42,500 – $50,000/yr. for Department Manager
  • Medical and Dental Insurance Coverage
  • 14 days PTO per year
  • Generous Bonus Program distributed at every level of management

We are searching for a talented Restaurant Executive Chef to join this Italian-inspired restaurant tucked into a quintessentially Northwest location. Deep knowledge of Italian cuisine, passion for fresh, locally sourced products and an ability to produce exceptional quality in a high volume, close quarters kitchen are absolute musts for this position.

Requirements Ideal candidate must have the following:

  • 2 – 3 years of Chef experience in in a high volume environment
  • Thorough knowledge of and a palette that is knowledgeable and intimately involved with the Italian cuisine
  • Butchering skills
  • A true passion for fresh, local, sustainable menu selections
  • Ability to coordinate seasonal menu changes with staff and owner
  • Ability to actively teach & motivate staff to excel in high-volume, close quarters environment

  • Strong communication skills.

  • 2 years of experience in F&B hospitality management.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume casual dining setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • State-required Liquor and Food Certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of alcohol. Passion for beer, and ability to talk about beer knowledgably, a major plus.
  • Ability to motivate staff to excel in high-volume, time sensitive environment.
  • Ability to consistently deliver high quality food and service.

Salary Range & Benefits

  • $50,000 – $65,000/yr. based on experience
