They specialize in whole grain ingredients and use locally sourced meats and produce to create their fresh daily breakfast and lunch menu offerings. Guests can also purchase their fresh baked bread and goodies, as well as a full assortment of their whole grain and natural foods.

Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Minimum 5 years in restaurant leadership experience
  • Excel in providing strong leadership, establishing and maintaining excellent quality of operations
  • Proven track record of delivering financial results and developing a strong team
  • Experience with rebranding and repositioning an established brand a plus!
  • Experience in product ordering and team member scheduling
  • Strong honesty, integrity and guest-oriented philosophy

Salary Range & Benefits

Someone who is personable and a bit obsessed with providing a great experience for both the guests and team, that understands the dynamics of working with and supervising small staffs in a high-volume operation.
