We’ve got a new client in the South Puget Sound area that is searching for a Restaurant General Manager that knows high volume, loves people, great food and beverage, and knows how to make a dollar at the end of the day. (seriously…. we’ll do $8 million this year)

Job Description 

Pacific Coast Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant, Bakery & Retail General Manager for our exciting new client in Portland OR., an employee-owned company with a special camaraderie, they watch out for one another and for the company, working to uphold the values, integrity and principals at the root of this successful organization.  They specialize in whole grain ingredients and use locally sourced meats and produce to create their fresh daily breakfast and lunch menu offerings. Guests can also purchase their fresh baked bread and goodies, as well as a full assortment of their whole grain and natural foods.

Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Minimum 5 years in BOTH restaurant AND retail leadership experience an absolute must!
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Excel in providing strong leadership, establishing and maintaining excellent quality of operations
  • Proven track record of delivering financial results and developing a strong team
  • Experience with rebranding and repositioning an established brand
  • Experience in product ordering and team member scheduling
  • Strong honesty, integrity and guest-oriented philosophy

Salary Range & Benefits

  • EXCELLENT COMPENSATION PACKAGE AND QUALITY OF LIFE
  • Starting salary $50k to $70k depending upon experience
  • Schedule is Monday – Friday days! Nights and weekends off!
  • 401k and Company profit sharing

Job Description 

PCH is searching for a top caliber Restaurant General Manager to lead this laid-back, playful atmosphere restaurant featuring a vibrant, crowd-pleasing menu of award-winning Mexican artisan kitchen fare, from innovative flavors to treasured family traditions handed down from generation to generation and a refreshing craft bar program.

Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 2 -3 years General Manager experience in a high-volume, done-right concept
  • Proven ability to lead a staff of 50 plus team members
  • Ambition, but also understand patience is required…first needs to run store to move up
  • Basic understanding of industry financials (building sales, product costs, labor management, etc.)
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Strong guest-oriented philosophy
  • Knowledgeable in Mexican cuisine and Tequila / Mezcal

Salary Range & Benefits

  • Starting salary range is $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience
  • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Coverage (Company pays 80%!)
  • Generous and obtainable bonus program (paid out 75% of time in 2018!)
