This privately owned company showcases classic Italian dishes with a modern twist, using only the finest ingredients imported from Italy while incorporating fresh local seafood and produce to create a unique Italian dining experience, and is ranked as the top Italian restaurant in Honolulu.

 Requirements Ideal candidate must have the following:

  • 2 years of high volume, casual theme or above restaurant experience
  • Proven ability to lead a staff of 30 plus team members
  • Initiative, persistence, and comfortable with change
  • Basic understanding of industry financials (building sales, product costs, labor management, etc.)
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Strong guest-oriented philosophy

Salary Range & Benefits

  • Starting salary range is $42,000 to $55,000 based on experience
  • Medical, Dental and Life Insurance Coverage

  • Annual Performance / Salary Review

  • Experience in high volume, at least $2 million in sales per year
  • Proven ability to train and motivate a team
  • Ability to lead team through company initiatives and projects
  • High energy, ability to make decisions quickly
  • Proven track record in maintaining strong cost controls and quality standards

Salary Range This position offers competitive salary $45,000 to $54,000 with annual increases based on performance, quarterly bonus potential, outstanding 401K plan with company match, and complete health care package. Tremendous potential for grow in local market and beyond.
