Pacific Coast Hospitality is searching for a talented Restaurant Manager to come join a strong, united team at Portland’s original wing joint! We are committed to a green world…cage-free, antibiotic-free, hormone-free, and humanely-raised chicken. Piedmontese beef and Carlton Farms pork, we work hard to ensure all of our proteins are humanely and sustainably raised. Gold Certification from Portland’s Sustainability at Work program. All packaging is either compostable or recyclable. Spent beer grains are used to feed local pigs & chickens, and all discarded fryer oil is converted to biodiesel.

We need a leader who thrives at upholding core values and business interests, who sets the tone and is responsible for upholding staff morale, who monitors costs of inventory and labor in a sustainably profitable fashion. Requirements Ideal candidate should have the following:

• A minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience, with a total of 3-5 years of overall restaurant industry experience
• Passionate about sustainable, green business practices
• Be highly motivated and self-directed
• Personable and able to “go with the flow”
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong desire to develop their team and actively continue their own development
