Job Description 

Restaurant General Manager candidates needed to fuel tremendous growth in next 5 years! Currently 13 units with more coming (2-3 new units per year) specifically in the Greater Seattle Area! Founded 30 years ago, this rapidly expanding Seattle based company offers authentic recipes right out of America’s South and a genuine dedication to quality.

Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Minimum of 2 years of food service supervision experience.
  • 5+ years in the hospitality industry.
  • Able to execute on high standards and procedures.
  • Exhibit strong people skills…likeable, enthusiastic and caring.
  • Personally display a guest 1st mindset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth while continuously improving guest satisfaction.
  • Proven track record in maintaining strong cost controls, and quality standards.

Salary Range & Benefits

  • $55,000 – $60,000/yr. based on experience
  • Very generous & obtainable bonus program (both quarterly & annual bonus, up to $15k annually)
