Job Description 

Pacific Coast Hospitality has been retained to search for a Restaurant District Manager for this new and rapidly growing, locally owned and operated full-service concept. Local sourcing and sustainability rule, a uniquely Northwest burger restaurant, a modern take on the traditional bar, pairing today’s high-energy atmosphere bar feel with flavorful dishes specifically designed with the freshest regional ingredients in its full-service restaurant and bar. In addition to hand-crafted beers, including 18 local craft brews on tap, a selection of more than 100 local, national and international whiskeys, and that quintessential burger pairing – signature milkshakes.

A “Can Do, Guest Driven” service philosophy combined with Management and crew that have complete ownership for their results are the cornerstones of our business. In addition, we are an active community member and deeply committed to a large, yet selective group of local charities, organizations and non-profits.

Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading a multi-unit, full-service group of restaurants. A focus on high service levels, top quality food and beverage platforms, with specific understanding of restaurant operations, people development and financials.
  • Ability to rapidly grow in responsibilities and position. We will be adding 7-12 additional units over the next 5 years.
  • A top line, guest focused mentality is a must!
  • Experience in managing a large management structure and employee base is required.
  • Ability to lead a team, assess strengths and develop individuals to succeed in their roles.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing unparalleled guest and personal services.
  • Up to date with trends in the hospitality business specifically restaurants.
  • Ability to manage, anticipate and strategize on results.
  • Manages deadlines, communicates timely and effectively.

Job Description 

Pacific Coast Hospitality has been retained to search for a Restaurant Executive Working Chef / Business Partner for our client, one of the oldest eating and drinking establishments in Montana, a historic restaurant dating back to 1898… located in the heart of the Bitterroot Valley on the road to Glacier National Park.

The owner of this full service restaurant is seeking an energetic and skilled Working Chef to acquire a 30% equity piece of the business without financial investment over 5 years based on meeting net profit goals. This is no joke; this is your opportunity to earn a salary while gaining a partnership in the business!

Requirements Ideal candidate must have the following:

  • Must have 5 years’ experience working the line as lead Chef and the skills required of that experience.
  • Completed culinary course work at known academy, BA preferred
  • Ability and experienced in the daily management of a food and beverage, including leading a staff consisting of 10 or more.
  • Experienced in the development and control of the overall Food operations (both revenue and expense) for all guests including design and scripting of all menus, service enhancements, special events, etc.
  • Passion for developing and mentoring a team.
  • Proficiency with financial statements, scheduling, payroll, accounting and progressive discipline.
  • Strong honesty, integrity and guest-focused!

Salary Range and Benefits

  • Salary – $55k – $65k (starting, based on experience level )
  • 30% Equity earned over 5 years
