Job Description 

Pacific Coast Hospitality is seeking an Executive Catering Chef for our exciting new client in Portland OR. Our client leverages the creativity and passion found in their restaurant kitchens to offer an elevated level of cuisine to their clients in the catered event environment. Their cuisine is fresh, forward-thinking and contemporary, embracing dining trends and flavors that reflect the dynamic Portland restaurant scene. They bring the same approach to catering that they believe is the bedrock of the success of their restaurants: an uncompromising commitment to food and beverage quality followed up with world class service.

Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Minimum 3 years off-premises catering leadership (Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Chef, etc.)
  • Formal training in a culinary school a tremendous plus!
  • Proficient demonstrable cooking skills.
  • Must know and be passionate about food, beer, wine and cocktails…. outstanding palate a must!
  • Experience in product ordering and team member scheduling.
  • Passion for developing and mentoring a team.
  • Track record of achieving financial results.
  • Strong honesty, integrity and guest-oriented philosophy.

Salary Range & Benefits

  • Starting salary $60k to $75k depending upon experience
