- Restaurant General Manager (high volume/full service): $80k to $110k
- Executive Chef (Brand New Hotel): $80k to $100k
- Culinary Director (Brew Pub Multi-Unit): $125k to $150k
- Sous Chef (high-volume/high-quality): $55k to $70k
- FOH Restaurant Manager and AGM: $55k to $75k
- Upscale Dining Chef de Cuisine: $70k to $90k
- Restaurant Kitchen Manager (Resort): $60 to $70k
- General Manager Fast-Casual/QSR: $70k to $90k
- Pastry Chef (Resort): $50k to $65k
- Chef de Cuisine (On the Coast):$70k to $80k
- Director of Operations (New Brand Expansion): $75k to $100k
