Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following:
- 3 – 5 years of full-service restaurant management or catering supervisory experience.
- Experience working with a cocktail program desired.
- Demonstrated success collaborating, team building, and managing others; strong communicator demonstrated by ability to interact successfully with a variety of people.
- Demonstrated success in developing high standards, training programs, and service levels for staff.
- Excellent computer skills; self-motivated; excellent planning skills; and the ability to make timely and competent decisions.
- Experience tracking large inventories and budgets.
- Experience with wine and alcohol service and standards.
Salary Range & Benefits
- Starting salary range is $45,000 to $66,000 based on experience
