Job Description

Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 3 – 5 years of full-service restaurant management or catering supervisory experience.
  • Experience working with a cocktail program desired.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating, team building, and managing others; strong communicator demonstrated by ability to interact successfully with a variety of people.
  • Demonstrated success in developing high standards, training programs, and service levels for staff.
  • Excellent computer skills; self-motivated; excellent planning skills; and the ability to make timely and competent decisions.
  • Experience tracking large inventories and budgets.
  • Experience with wine and alcohol service and standards.

 

Salary Range & Benefits

  • Starting salary range is $45,000 to $66,000 based on experience
  • Medical, Dental and Life Insurance Coverage
  • 401k Program w/ up to 4% matching company contributions
  • Annual Performance / Salary Review
  • Excellent Quality of Life balance (3 weeks PTO plus 10 paid holidays!)
  • Extremely Low Turnover
