Job Description 

Pacific Coast Hospitality is searching for an aggressive and entrepreneurial Restaurant General Manager to lead up this recently opened restaurant brewery in the East Village of beautiful San Diego, CA. A spacious, two-story hangout with rooftop seating serving beer brewed onsite and a San Diego inspired menu featuring from-scratch appetizers and entrees prepared by our Chefs.

The ideal candidate has high-volume gastropub experience, a love of great beer, strong local store marketing know-how, demonstrates a desire to continue growing both professionally and personally, and is eager to lead. This is an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate to build a team from the ground up, and experience professional growth with a well-respected, rapidly expanding concept.

Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 3-5 years of General Management experience in a high volume full-service dining establishment.
  • Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to assess talent and build effective teams.
  • Previous work in leading successful training and education programs across an organization.
  • Hands on ability to direct management teams in high-volume, late night environments.
  • Role model with high ethical standards for self and others.
  • Strong business acumen with results orientation to drive key business performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Salary Range & Benefits

  • Salary – $65k – $80k (starting, based on experience level)
  • Bonus potential of 15% of base salary
  • Comprehensive health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, with no waiting period
  • Supplementary benefits, such as flexible spending accounts, basic and voluntary life insurance, AD&D.
  • 401k with company match
  • Paid Vacation, Company Holidays, and Leave programs
