Impeccable service, exceptional food and dynamic ambience….this restaurant in the heart of Seattle’s Pike Place Market is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of the city’s best ‘authentic’ northern Italian cuisine eateries.
Pulling together a loyal and talented culinary team to create the mouth-watering and amazing array of ‘tradition-meets-WOW’ Venetian dishes, this eatery aspires to serve up an extraordinary dining experience that intoxicates all the senses. Their desire is to invite community and locals to come back again and again, and return as their friends and family.
Requirements Ideal candidate must have the following:
- 2 years of high volume, upscale casual or above restaurant General Manager experience
- Charismatic personality and leadership skills, with ability and comfort in directly dealing with team members and guests alike
- Proven ability to lead a staff of 30 plus team members
- Basic understanding of industry financials (building sales, product costs, labor management, etc.)
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Strong guest-oriented philosophy
Salary Range and Benefits
- Starting salary range is $55,000 to $75,000 based on experience
