Job Description 

Restaurant General Manager candidates needed to fuel tremendous growth in next 3 years! Founded in 2004 by two friends, this rapidly expanding San Francisco based company offers authentic Chicago- and Italian-style pizza, featuring two distinct, handcrafted styles of dough, four types of mozzarella and over 30 different fresh meat and veggie toppings (ingredients sourced locally whenever possible). – more… Their Executive Chef boasts “We happily renounce stovetops, deep fryers and freezers. Instead we prepare all of our dishes using fresh ingredients, sourced locally when possible.”

This privately owned and operated company currently has a total of 12 locations between the San Francisco Bay Area and Denver, CO. (with 17 new units scheduled to open in the next 3 years!) and was ranked #6 in the Food & Beverage Industry by Inc. Magazine’s Top 100 Hire Power Companies of 2013 and named among the Top 10 “Most Life-Changing Pizzas” of 2012 by Esquire Magazine.

Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Minimum of 3 years of food service supervision experience.
  • Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to drive initiatives and incentives for employees.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth while continuously improving guest satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build relationships with guests, vendors, and associates.
  • Proven track record in maintaining strong cost controls, and quality standards.

Salary Range & Benefits

  • $60,000 – $70,000/yr. based on experience
  • Very generous & obtainable bonus program (both quarterly & annual bonus)
  • Benefits package including medical, dental and life insurance
  • Annual Performance / Salary Review
  • Generous PTO benefits (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas)
