Job Description 

Their all about great food, ice-cold hand-crafted beer and creating memories, and have been for over 40 years, and they’re looking for Restaurant General Manager candidates to lead their units. Their first restaurant opened in 1971 near Seattle Washington, and today they are still family owned and locally headquartered (Seattle WA). They now operate over 30 restaurants serving guests in six states – including western states Washington, Oregon, Colorado and Idaho.

As a growing family of restaurants, they are devoted to positively impacting the communities they serve. Their 2,000 plus team members are there to assist with everything from K-8 “school take-over” events to large-scale benefits and are always looking forward to helping their local communities.

They are dedicated to creating superior quality food, and committed to providing their friends an environment of Gracious Hospitality. From the moment you are greeted at our front door, you will feel like a special guest dining in their home.

In 1995, they began brewing their own beer and contributing to the successful evolution of the craft beer industry. Their passionate and talented brewers strive to create the freshest, most “drinkable” beers you will find, and their efforts have garnered over 100 medals from institutions as prestigious as the NABA and GABF.

Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 2 years of experience in F&B hospitality management.
  • A true passion for the restaurant / hospitality industry.
  • Growth minded with an ownership mentality.
  • A willingness to work some nights and weekends.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume casual dining setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • State-required Liquor and Food Certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of alcohol. Passion for beer, and ability to talk about beer knowledgably, a major plus.
  • Ability to motivate staff to excel in high-volume, time sensitive environment.
  • Ability to consistently deliver high quality food and service.

Salary Range & Benefits

  • $50,000 – $65,000/yr. based on experience
  • Very generous & obtainable bonus program (up to $30k annual bonus potential, paid quarterly!)
  • Benefits package including medical, dental and life insurance
  • 401k with company match
  • Annual Performance / Salary Review
  • Paid Vacation benefits
