Job Description 

PCH is searching for a top caliber Restaurant General Manager to lead this laid-back, playful atmosphere restaurant featuring a vibrant, crowd-pleasing menu of award-winning Mexican artisan kitchen fare, from innovative flavors to treasured family traditions handed down from generation to generation and a refreshing craft bar program.

Organic growth, owned and operated by family since inception, a unique concept with extremely competitive pay with bonus structure as well as benefits. Our people are uncommonly positive, consistently exceed expectations, and constantly grow and learn. They also know that a party means lights low, music high, a very stocked bar, and more food than anyone planned for!

Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 2 -3 years General Manager experience in a high-volume, done-right concept
  • Proven ability to lead a staff of 50 plus team members
  • Ambition, but also understand patience is required…first needs to run store to move up
  • Basic understanding of industry financials (building sales, product costs, labor management, etc.)
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Strong guest-oriented philosophy
  • Knowledgeable in Mexican cuisine and Tequila / Mezcal

Salary Range & Benefits

  • Starting salary range is $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience
  • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Coverage (Company pays 80%!)

The best burgers and shakes in town since 1971! We are searching for an Restaurant Area Supervisor / Multi-Unit Manager candidate to lead and oversee this client’s multiple outlets in the Portland area. This popular with “locals” concept is committed to ensuring the food they serve is fresh, made-to-order and hot. They always buy their meat (ground chuck), halibut and vegetables from local companies/distributors, and the fresh halibut is cut, dipped in batter and breaded daily in the restaurant’s kitchens. We’re looking for an independent thinker, someone who is looking for the opportunity to help a small, locally owned and operated independent business grow. Someone who is personable and a bit obsessed with providing a great experience for both the guests and team, that understands the dynamics of working with and supervising small staffs in a high-volume operation.

Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 5+ years of restaurant Multi-Unit Manager leadership experience
  • Experienced in supervising and managing small crews in high volume situations
  • Ideal candidate has the dedication and energy to manage every aspect of the business…has an “owner’s mentality”!
